If none of the three designs work for you, we part ways professionally and amicably. Your £50.00 deposit covers the design work we've completed, but you have no further obligation. You pay the final £200.00 only after you've chosen your favourite design, requested and approved your revision changes, and you're completely happy with your website. Payment is made before we make your site live to the public. Your site goes live immediately upon receiving the final payment. If you're not happy with any of the three designs, you don't pay the final amount.

After your website is live, the only mandatory ongoing cost is hosting at £9.99/month, paid monthly in arrears (you pay at the end of each month for the previous month's hosting). This includes:

If you prefer not to deal with updates yourself, we can handle changes for you (additional charges may apply for extensive updates).

Your hosting includes technical support, so if something goes wrong that's not your fault, we'll fix it. This includes issues with the hosting, security problems, or bugs in the original design.
