The deposit is non-refundable as it covers the design work. However, if we fail to deliver 3 designs within 10 working days, we will refund your deposit in full.
Hosting is £9.99/month paid in arrears (after the month of service). Your first hosting payment will be due at the end of your first month live.
Yes, but we require 3 months notice for termination. Hosting with us is mandatory as it ensures we can provide ongoing support, backups, and security.
The package includes £15.00 toward domain registration. Most common domains (.com, .uk, .org, etc.) are fully covered and shown as "Included". Premium or expensive domains will show only the additional cost beyond the £15.00 credit.
